Inside Montana Membership Information

Club membership may be cancelled any time without further obligation except for items already billed to the member’s account. There is no membership fee. Wine may only be sold to persons 21 years and older. As a member you are representing to Worden’s that you are at least 21 years of age.

Member wines are available for pick up at Worden’s Market 451 M Higgins Ave. Missoula, Mt. after the 7th of each month.

Please understand that our Riedel incentive program is subject to stock on hand at any given time. Of course we will do our best to make your free stem as close to the one that you prefer as possible.

Outside Montana Membership Information

We strive to process each monthly club selection by the 25th of each month. Membership received after the 25th may not be processed before the end of the month. In which case the membership will begin the following month. By all means contact us with any questions.

All alcohol products sold outside of Montana are sold in Oregon and title passes to the buyer in Oregon. By placing the order, you authorize us to have the product shipped on your behalf by common carrier for delivery to your selected destination. Membership Requirements

Montana Shipping

Due to current Montana law we cannot ship to Montana. All members must pick up their wine at Wordens Market. Please review Outside Montana Membership Information.

Legal Notice

All alcohol products sold outside of Montana are sold in Oregon and title passes to the buyer in Oregon. By placing the order, you authorize us to have the product shipped on your behalf by common carrier for delivery to your selected destination. Delivery of Alcohol Packages

Delivery can only be made to an address where an individual at least 21 years old can sign for the shipment during regular business hours. Products can be shipped to a place of business or residence. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Warning: Certain states expressly prohibit the direct importation of alcohol and violation can be punishable as a misdemeanor or felony.

It is Worden’s Wine Club policy not to ship to certain states where direct shipment is prohibited and therefore, our web site will not let you place an order for shipment to Montana, Michigan, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia and other states.

Please contact your local alcoholic beverage control agency for further information. In addition, other restrictions may apply as some states limit the quantity and type of products that may be shipped to an individual address.

Age Verification

By placing an order you verify that you and order recipients are at least 21 years of age. At the time of delivery the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 21 years of age and must present a valid driver’s license, military ID, passport or State ID for identification.

Order Processing

You will be notified by email that we received your order. If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you. If the items you ordered are in stock, we attempt to ship them within 48 hours. Tracking numbers are sent to you by email from Fed Ex. If you need to change your order, email us at info@wordenswineclub.com or call 877-284-1950. If you contact us please include the order number. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any item ordered.

Credit Card Charge

When your order is complete and ready for shipment your credit card will be charged

Shipping

If we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you. We try not to ship product over a weekend, so if your order is received and cannot be delivered by Friday, it will be shipped on Monday. Shipments may also be delayed due to weather conditions. We ship FedEx Ground. We will send you FedEx email tracking numbers after the packages are shipped. Please direct all shipping questions to info@wordenswineclub.com or call our toll free number 877-284-1950.
All shipments of alcoholic beverages require an adult signature for delivery.

Shipping Containers

Our shipping containers are sized for 1 bottle, 2 bottles, 3 bottles, 6 bottles and 12 bottles. Our system will estimate your shipping charges, if you click on ship or pickup. Actual shipping charges may vary when we consolidate your order. Some items require special packaging. We will email or call you with any shipping charge adjustments for your approval

Store Pickup

You can pickup your current months wine/reorders at Worden’s Market in Montana. Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed. You will be contacted by the store when your order is ready for pickup.

Return Policy

Our products are guaranteed. If for any reason you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 business days via phone @ 877-284-1950 or via e-mail at info@wordenswineclub.com. We will have you ship the product back to us for review and refund via FedEx.

International Shipping

Our system does not calculate international shipping charges. We will contact you with the shipping charges for your approval. Every country has different taxes, customs and tariffs that you may have to pay. We are not responsible for additional charges that may be added to your order. We advise you to check with the destination country's local shipping official regarding taxes or custom charges that must be paid before your order is released.
