Product Description
Linne Calodo’s “Leona’s” is primarily Zinfandel, with some Mourvedre and a small amount of Alicante Bouchet. We have been long-time fans of this Paso Robles producer, although you may not have noticed as these bottles rarely make it to the shelf. The increasing popularity of these wines has made it harder to obtain them every year, to the point where it looks like this might be the last vintage we will have the privilege to get. Balancing gobs of cherry and raspberry fruit with bright acidity, this is arguably among the finest Zinfandels produced in Paso Robles.
