This silky red is a blend of 60% Cariñena, 30% Garnacha, and a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Aromas of ripe cherry and spice lead to flavors of red fruits with an earthy undertone. The supple mouthfeel of this wine make it perfect for enjoying by itself, or with roasted chicken (or turkey).If you have time, a short decant of an hour or so really helps bring out the depth of this elegant Priorat.
