Product Description
The fruit for Perbacco is sourced from their estate vineyards, all of which are inside the Barolo DOC. In fact, the only thing keeping them from stating Barolo on the label is bottling two months earlier than required for regional regulations. This is a wonderful introduction to the Nebbiolo grape, with a floral nose leading to red fruits on the palate. The wine finishes with a hint of tannic grip, making it very food-friendly now, and suggesting cellaring potential.
