Dante Dusi planted the vineyard in Paso Robles in 1945, and the estate’s fruit is used by Zinfandel specialists such as Ridge and Turley. Janelle Dusi was the first in the family to produce a commercially available wine from her grandfather’s vines, in 2006. Sourcing from diverse sites within the vineyard, her goal is to provide a representation of "Dusi fruit". The product is a sexy, seamless wine with ample fruit, as well as elegance. Classic flavors of berries are delivered with a silky mouthfeel. This is THE wine to have on hand for spring barbeque season
